2. In the email, provide two preferred dates (first & second
choice) to send the eblast. We will check schedule
availability.
3. Submit a good quality flyer in any of the common formats
(PDF, Word, Publisher, Jpeg, Gif, Powerpoint, etc.)
4. We will work up a draft and send to you for final approval
prior to release.
5. You make payment.
Payment must be received prior to
release.

Put your audience first!
Far too many
advertisers lose sight of
their targeted audience.
They spend too much time
on what they like and not
enough time on the wants
of the audience. There’s
a tried and true theme to

people everything they

Don’t spend too much
time on how pretty the ad
looks; yes a professional
looking ad is important
but it’s not the most
important. People receive
a lot of email these days
and they do more skimming
than reading. Give them
the essential info:
What, Where, When, Cost,
Contact Info, and a short
description. Leave the
long descriptions for your
website.

Do Multiple Campaigns!
Studies have
consistently shown that
you must advertise
frequently to get good
results. Single, one-time
ad campaigns aren’t nearly
as successful as
advertising frequently.
Advertisers have to
compete with the
audience’s distractions to
get noticed and to get a
response. Have you

Use shorter, creative
Subject Lines!
Short Subject lines (50
Characters or less)
produce higher Open and
Click-through rates.
Also, long subject lines
