Submission Guidelines

• Only legitimate cultural and business events located in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, Delaware and Philly areas can be posted for free to the online calendar. General advertising that isn't an event is not permitted.
   
• Event descriptions are limited to a maximum of approximately 300 words or less. Please refrain from submitting lengthy press releases or other documents. We will remove excessive text.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse posting any event deemed inappropriate or doesn't meet our criteria as a cultural or business event.  All events are reviewed before posting.
   
• All events will be posted within 2-3 days of submission.
   
• Repeat Ongoing Events will only be shown for a maximum of 3 months.  Why?  The majority of visitors have indicated they wanted something different than most calendars.  Visitors wanted fresh, new events not a calendar dominated by the same events.  Repeat events may be re-submitted after 3 months.
